What is Satsang?
The word Satsang, from Sanskrit, means “association with Truth.” It’s an ancient tradition where people gather together as a community to listen to higher teachings and participate in spiritual practices like meditation and kirtan (devotional singing). For centuries, Satsang has inspired seekers on their spiritual journeys—and remains just as meaningful and relevant for practitioners today.
In Satsang, we step beyond limited state and enter into an expansive awareness — a space where we remember what truly matters: that all is connected, all is One. Here, we are reminded of life’s beauty, that all is part of the Divine play, and of our highest dharma in this lifetime. These reminders are so important, and when shared in the company of fellow spiritual seekers, the collective energy within the Satsang container becomes even more powerful.
