What is Puja
The word “Puja” in Sanskrit is translated as honor, homage, respect, or worship and can simply be understood as attunement through ritual. It honors the sacredness and sanctity of various aspects of life and facilitates one’s expression of love, gratitude and deep humility. This beautiful practice has its origins in ancient India and has been passed down through generations and practiced for thousands of years.
The puja ceremony process is not only highly symbolic in representing different aspects of life, self and connection to Source but it is also very scientific in nature as it helps to cleanse and align the various physical, mental, emotional, psychic, and spiritual systems. There are many reasons why one might request a puja: to support a new chapter in one's life, to remove any experienced negativities or obstacles in one's life, work or spiritual path, to honor the passing and life of a loved one, or to simply bring a deeply intentional ritual to your group event or Retreat that everyone can participate in.

Ganesh Puja - Break through blocks/obstacles, invoke wisdom, success & blessing for the start of a new chapter or venture
Shiva Puja - Dissolution of ego, evolution of consciousness, intensity of focus for one's path
Durga Puja - Invoking protection, eradicating negativities, darkness and ignorance, increasing strength and willpower
Lakshmi Puja - Inviting beauty, abundance, grace and all things good into one's life and path
Surya Puja - Invoking Divine light into one's life and consciousness, illumination of Higher awareness
Shraddha Puja - Honoring of ancestors, healing of one's lineage, sending and receiving blessings from family line
Mrityunjaya Puja - Focused on health and healing on all levels of the being
Navagraha Puja - Assists in removing negative astrological influences and increasing positive influence
Fire Ceremony or Havan - Purify, protect and align one with the Divine Order. Also for healing, blessing and increasing positive karmas for the individual and the community.
House Deity Ceremony - A sacred ceremony to invite and install a chosen deity as the guardian and blessing presence of your home, workplace, or sacred space.
